I'm not saying Flip is the best coach in the world, but you need better players Ted, it is not Flips fault. But then again, he is not getting much effort out of them.

He had the unfortunate job of coaching very talented assholes.
Every team needs a few of them, but when the roster is split between talented assholes and average good guys, and the assholes outnumber the good guys almost two to one, no coach is going to be able to reign them in.
