I don't think the pedigree's forged [ADBA], not a well known yard / kennel but certainly not a BYB. He could be oversized, I've heard of some "pits" reaching 70 lbs and more... he's 72 lbs right there in the photo... but I've always seen pits as my Tep's size [52 lbs].

It's just he's.... bulky compared to what I'm used to.. though the proportions are all in the right way - he moves beautifully. It doesn't matter one way or another as my brother loves this dog
yeah, Pit Bulls ARE getting too big in many instances; ALTHOUGH in looking back at my ADBA Gazettes and UKC Bloodlines, I saw several ads from the 60s and 70s for dogs even bigger than yours! We unfortunately are seeing more and more OF them. But, the more traditionally-sized dogs ARE out there too.
