MJJean--I know they are able to raise my fees, though, the law seems to state that only dangerous dogs (after previously attacking) are able to incur a higher liability.

Personally, this insurance agent & boss were so arrogant and ignorant that I'd simply just point it out to them that it's illegal. They looked at me like I was crazy to say that insurance companies should be allowed to do that.. knowing that it's prohibited kind of makes me not seem so crazy
