Thanks for sharing the service, but I'm not sure how cost-effective its to repair an entire house these days. If the house is wooden, a lot depends on the preservation of the wood. I had a house in the village built in the early 20th century, a log cabin of larch, roof, covered with shingles. During this time, only the lower wreaths rotted, and the foundation as such wasn't at all. The roof also began to leak. The repair cost several tens of thousands of dollars, significantly cheaper than building a new house. If you are interested, you can use the "
cost to build calculator
." However, it's easier and even more affordable to completely demolish the old house and build a new one in most cases.
