The computer I am on right now is connected directly to the modem but I do have other devices connected wirelessly.

Ok so can you get to the router's configuration screens?

This usually works on them

http://gateway.2wire.net/management

you may get prompted for a password. Most routers it's 2wire or wireless.

From there you can look at the stats page and see if you are having line quality issues. There are also logs and a diagnostic page but you may not understand how to interpret it. Most likely you are going to have to call AT&T.
