He used to drag people into the office on Easter Sunday to get 'Project Updates' just to make sure people were 'on-board' and 'comitted' - endless number of devs quit during the Chicago (Win95) project, entirely because of him, delaying it by years. The guy is a loser. When he took over MS in 2000, the share price went from $57 to $23 and he also managed to get $7 billion knocked of the value of MS earlier this year when he attacked Wall St for being worried about Vista. He's a prize turd... and I'd really like to know what he has over Gates, to have held he position for so long.
