Last time I saw someone wear one was when Brady Quinn's sister wore that one when her boyfriend/fiance Hawk was on the other team playing the Irish. She looks pretty stupid, and I can't see a home/away split jersey looking any better. I don't think he would sue you, but I think it would be a terrible idea to make them.

First of all.....that sounds so ugly, at least to me.

Secondly, I find a copyright hard to imagine since the NFL is so protective of their NFL goods and license.

if i remember correctly it wasn't nelly who came up with it. it was just some guy and his son that came up with the idea and it may have even been at the superbowl prior to that one.
