I vote yes. The only thing that will potentially keep him out is his career 67 touchdowns, which is not all that impressive.

I predict he'll be back in a year or two to add to those stats.

I don't know Zero, Tiki already has a nice career lined up for himself, and unlike most of these ex-jocks, he's can speak, and has a brain in his head.

I think he belongs in the Hall, but I don't know if his first three seasons will be held against him or not.

http://www.pro-football-reference.co...s/BarbTi00.htm

Only 930 yards and 3 TDs during that time frame. And he was behind guys like Gary Brown, Tyrone Wheatley, and Charles Way.

He also had 1200+ yards receiving in that timeframe.

5 good years does not a Hall of Fame career make.

But, I'd bet that he'll get up into the broadcast booth and, eventually, get that itch that so many players get to go back out there and play. I wouldn't bet against it happening.

Unless your John Riggens, Marcus Allen, or Earl Cambell

I agree with this logic or Terrell Davis would be a Hall of Famer as well.

The Hall should be both for greatness AND longevity.

I would say a minimum of 10 years.

The fact that he's more of a condescending douchebag than John Buck won't help his borderline stats.

Those two stats are hard to argue against no matter how many years of 'Hall of Fame' ball he played, though...

I think he's a borderliner.

You must be careful about comparing raw stats of today compared to yesteryear.

Offenses are a lot more complex then back then, and they play more games as well.

If Tiki played at this level for another 2-3 years, I think there would be no question.

Only in his last 3 years did he overcome his fumble-itis.

Very good point...

It's going to be very hard to assess whether he will be Hall of Fame worthy...

Personally, I am not one who feels that Terrell Davis is Hall of Fame worthy simply because of the longevity of his career, but I am pretty split in this particular case...

No titles.

His yardage is good, but as was pointed out, he lacks the scoring #'s. Add to that a lack of titles, and if the question is, "Is he a Hall-Of-Famer?" then I say no.

If the question is, "Will he make it to the Hall-Of-Fame?" then I say yes, he will. He's a real media darling in NY and has played the press well. He'll get the votes.

I agree. If he gets in, I'll be fine with it. If he doesn't, I'll be fine with it. Personally, I don't think he should get in, just not yet at least.

It will be tough considering the amount of years he played. I think he might get in because of the person who he is and was an overall good sports figure.

So, based upon that logic, you would keep Dan Marino out of the Hall? And Walter Payton?

Did Dan have more than 5 good years?
