I want to do this right and have the best that I can get. I have Ghostsurf now and have to say I hate it! Works one day and then not the next. Anyone have any other suggestions? I don't care about the cost and I will bite the cost of Ghostsurf if there is something easier and works everytime.
What about a external harddrive? If so any type or brand I should give a shot? Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Don't sign up yet as the integtegration is not finalized, but it should be within a couple days.

He has had programmer problems and has been delayed 1 1/2 months

You say you want top security, so my question is are you willing to pay for the best. Cost at a minimum would be $300. The amount I spent on PC security programs in the last year is about a grand. But if your willing to spend the money for the best security possible, I'll write an adendum to the FAQ I publish on how to go about doing this. Allbeef is one of the smartest guys in the biz and I would take to heart anything he says. I don't know Allbeef personally so I can't speak for his technical expertise, but I can speak for my own. I learned a lot from him, Spectrum, and a few others when I first got into this business. I'm out now, and will be out until a great opportunity comes around again. For now I just stay involved in legit businesses whatever they may be.

For email I would recommend either keptprivate or securenym. I will post my Security FAQ later today.

Thats why you know for years I paid www.anonimize.net $30 a month to tunnel my activities. Good service great technology and customer service, but very slow over this last year or so. Now it's band width, number of subscribers, and a limited amount of servers.

Thats not a problem for www.anointedsfindnot.com. The findnot technology is the same as far as I xcan tell but you have access to over 30 servers world wide so if ones slow, you just switch to another. You also have access to www.ipeliminator.com which servers rock!

All for less than $10 a month.

You could even try a double-layer of proxy privacy. First sign up for a service like anonymize.net, then after signing onto that account, go and register with annointedsfindnot. That seems very secure to me.

Seeing as how were on the subject of proxying chaining why not chain two ssh2 proxies together and use that. I did that for a long time before I got more familiar with the process. It's not hard, you can use putty to do it. I will write a FAQ on proxy chaining when I have time but I think the best way is to:

socks5 proxy --> ssh2 proxy --> ssh2 proxy --> regular proxy. I'm a lazy fucker and I rarely do the last step but I'm going to figure out how to do it more easily tonight.

That's the way to go, Slic. However, if there are some people on this site who don't know how to set up proxies like you can, they could easily try my method as well.

Both would work extremely well, although Slic's methods give you added security.

The only safe method I think works is first signing up for one proxy service like anonymize.net, then after registering on that service, go to annointeds website and register for his service on top of that. Even then, only log on to use both of these services from a university or library computer---to really cover your ass.

That's too expensive imo. I paid $180/year for 2 ssh2 proxies. 100 EU for the first one and 50 EU for each additional one. The total now comes to about $200. Damn the euro is getting expenisve lol.

Anonymize.net charges $29/month and that comes out to about $350/year. If you had the technical skills you could could set up your own VPN. That's a project I've been thinking of doing for some time now. When I get around to it I'm going to do it that way. It's quite difficult for a non techie like me but I think I can manage.

Most everyone I know who plays the board and provide service use anointedsfindnot.com for $7 a month.

Most of us used anonymize at a $1 a day and we remember how painfully slow it was when Europe was on.
