Cash in the mail "First Post"

First I want to thank Slicwilly for directing me over here. This is a great place to increase the skills that we need to increase our safety in this ever increasing non-private world that we live in.

I wanted to know what types of measures are taken when guys take cash in the mail as a payment option for products? I know that these remailers seem to be a part of it but do these guys remail to remailers and then to themselves. I guess what I am asking is what would be the "safest" way to do this.
