Story Defies Most Basic Common Sense
The idea that the towers "fell down" shattering into small pieces and dust contradicts people's basic experience with physical structures.
A steel wood stove doesn't shatter because of prolonged exposure to fires.
A gas stove, with a flame hotter than any building fire, does not collapse on itself.
It is difficult to build even a house of cards that will collapse from top to bottom.
Yet engineers were tripping over themselves to explain the collapses,

The "offical" government explanation for those buildings collapsing was due to the fact the FIRE melted the steel.

Fact: The heat temperature of the fire would HAVE to be greater then ~1510º C ... AND... they have to be substained for hours.
Fact: The WTC fires NEVER exceeded 800º (this is posted in the offical 9/11 commison report) and as we all WITNESSED they where only burning for almost an hour... not HOURS.
FACTS:  1535ºC (2795ºF) - melting point of iron
~1510ºC (2750ºF) - melting point of typical structural steel
  ~825ºC (1517ºF) - maximum temperature of hydrocarbon fires burning in the atmosphere without pressurization or pre-heating (premixed fuel and air - blue flame)
Diffuse flames burn far cooler.
Oxygen-starved diffuse flames are cooler yet.
The fires in the towers were diffuse -- well below 800ºC.
Their dark smoke showed they were oxygen-starved -- particularly in the South Tower.


FACT:(On audio tape) Mayor Giuliani's QUOTE "I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, "We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it." And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse.'
FACT : The term "PULL" means to intentionally demoloish a building.

FACTS:
Fires continued to burn deep in the rubble pile for 100 days, despite the spraying of water onto the pile.
When the rubble was cleared, pools of previously melted steel were discovered at the foundations.
Temperatures needed to melt steel (~1510ºC) could not have been caused by residual hydrocarbon fires. Usually one needs a blast furnace to melt steel.

FACT: Fires have never collapsed skyscrapers.

The 100+ year history of steel frame high-rise buildings provides a number of documented examples of skyscrapers subjected to severe fires.

Examples include:

-1991 One Meridian Plaza fire in Philadelphia
Raged for 18 hours
Gutted 8 floors of the 38 floor building
IT NEVER FELL!
-1988 First Interstate Bank Building fire in Los Angeles

Ok, JJ. The weight of the floors ABOVE the point of impact collapsed due to the damage AT the point of impact. Once those floors started falling, the pressure was much greater than the structure was designed to withstand. So, the floors caved in on one another until the whole building pancaked to the ground. The structural integrity of the building was compromised at impact. That combined with the heat caused the buildings to collapse. WHY is that so incomprehensable?

ONE MORE TIME, JJ. Just because you like the way something sounds, that does NOT make it fact.

Bro - Sorry but that bullshit "pancake theory" just isnt possible on the WTC... the floors where built around the CORE and if the floors WOULD have pan caked then the CORE would have stood still... yet the CORE was disintegrated into DUST! Papers where blow from the building... BEING BLOWN away from a building means... EXPLOSION. Not pancaking.
