A captivating develompment with the pizzeria worker, Mihael Devlin,41 already charged with the kidnapping of Ben Ownby,now charged with the abduction of Shawn Hornbeck. The suspect was charged with kidnapping and armed criminal action. He is also the subject of investigation in another abduction, 16 years ago in Missouri.
