After almost 3yrs, we may see some justice over the death of Cpl. Pat Tillman!! To be killed by "Friendly Fire", IMHO is the worst way for any solider to die!!! A Pentagon investigation will recommend that nine officers, including up to four generals, be held accountable for missteps in the aftermath of the friendly fire death of Army Ranger Pat Tillman in Afghanistan, senior defense officials said Friday. Let's see how far this goes........
