is there a way to have a off shore bank that proccesses credit card order's that allows you to have an atm card in the us to extract funds?
how do those sites that sell gear do it?
do you have to physically go there to open one up?

Banks in jurisdictions where the US doesn't have any powers, have tons of banks that can do that for you.
And if you have a VISA, Mastercard, Cirrus, Maestro, etc card linked to your off shore account, you can take your $ out of any ATM in the world.

Remember this name: GlobalBankLtd
It will be operational by the end of the year ;)
If you need this before then, just look up banks in Nauru, Nevis, Netherland Antilles - those are CURRENTLY the best, but jurisdictions and local laws change all the time depending on international pressure, so it's best to always check first before you commit.

From Panama you can get the use of a down and out persons passport ( this is a person with only a few months to live) for $2500 you can use that oassport to open an IBC in Panama or Vanauto or any number of fairly safe jurisdictions. Once you have a corporation the passport gets used again for your merchant account. but if you are selling pharmacueticals or gamling your high risk and it will be like 15% transaction fee p\anywhere from 1-$5000 to set up the merchant account. So all total
$2500 for the two uses of passport
$130O FOR THE ibc ( I'M GUESSING )
$3000 FOR THE MERCHANT ACCOUNT and they will hold back a considerable amount in the first six months.
So about 7-10K but you are pretty well isolated from anyone and someone doing a lot of business it just becomes the overhead in place of taxes.
Becareful of a banking passport. They are still available for $6000 and some of them are worth it. But an African passport is virtually worthless in banking.
There are many good offshore providers that can for a price deliver. Just check with me or someone else who has worked with the people before.
There are always going to be solutions coming forward. But allways remember unless it is a situation like above where you do not stand out amongst the account holders. Any egold, ebullion, or anysystem that allows serious laundering is temporary. So in my opinion you pay the over head andf have maybe five atm cards and you get your cash out as quick as you can, buy a $20 safe from home depot and bury it in your front yard. Hopefully when you finally get out of the biz there are about 8 of those planted around the house. You never live above your means when sourcing and you never run profits through your personal accounts.
