can people get pinned picking up WU or money gram wires?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

so lets say you have 13-20 locations that you constanly rotate is it possible to get PINNED by picking up funds? they would need ALOT of man power and budget to track you so it wouldnt be in their primary interest to go after you...or am i wrong?

If you live in a good sized city (atleast 500K people) then if you just use a generic name like John Smith...............how the hell are they going to be able to track you?? It is impossible. Look in the phone book for John Smith - there are probably atleast 150 in your city. Think of how many John Smiths use WU or MGram. Impossible to track IMHO.

On the other hand, if you use a unique name like Abraham Madagascar (I just pulled it out of my ass ) sure that would not be to hard to trace.

I think most WU locations have video surveillance that they probably keep for 15-30 days, maybe longer. If you are being watched they can nail you after you pick it up by looking for the store that cashed out your MTCN.

It is not a problem for LE to flag a payment. It is easy to do if the get the MTCN #. So that wherever you pick up they notify locals immediatly and hold on to you till they arrive.

I would follow a couple rules to protect myself:

A. I would have no trace of AAS use or AAS board use anywhere near me keep everything clean not even a pin.

B. I would observe the WU employee very carefully. Look for sign's of them reading something and then telling you to wait.

C. In the event LE does grab you outside the door or follow you to your home and execute a search warrent. Have a story ready!

If the grab you outside immediatly point to a corner and say some guy (give description) told you he would give you 100 bucks to pick up the funds.

I would also go to a kinko's every couple weeks and make a hotmail account. Send yourself an email telling you that if you pick up this money and resend it you will be payed for your time. Put how this is a completly legal action blah blah blah. Or, say it is for some poor family in a third world country blah blah blah.

I know this sounds like a lot to go through but I think it would be worth it. Will the cops buy it? Probably not but remember you only need 1 juror of your peers to buy it and you will be free.

Remember the Judical System is based upon the "Plea Bargin". They will threaten and intemmidate your to take a plea even when they know they dont have shit. Just politly refuse and tell your laywer you will take your chances with a Jury Trial. Then watch what happens the day before the trial. Funny how they will drop the charges then. Do not trust your lawyer a lot of them will tell you to take the deal since it is quick money and they know your pockets arnt deep.

Do you use "another" ID to pick up funds, or just a test question??

Ive talked to 2 WU clerks in my area who own party stores, and they said alot of the names that get flagged are Arabic, or of Middle Eastern descent. So, if your sending to a name(arabic)or receiving with a name(arabic) that might have ties to Terrorism, you might have a little problem on your hands. And yes they will flag the payment..And you might as well consider it a loss. And if you frequent that store quite a bit, most stores now are equipped with surveliance, so you are also on camera.

Say someone got pulled over, kid caught at school etc when they served the search warrent they found that he just sent money to WU. OR they seized the computer and found previous transaction. Most people use the same WU info multiple times.

#5 is right

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It isn't worth it. It ultimately leaves a paper and potentialy a video shot. No it's not illegal and for a small operater say ten orders a week use it. But you get up to the 100 packs a month range and you are going to stand out. besides who wants to stand in phucking line and deal with clerks. that like using the post office to mail your packs ( a waste of valuable time. I kept fake ID only to send large amounts of money to someone, but I didn't like that one bit. Anointeds about a week away from launching a gold card on this site you can get as many as you want and there is no limit to what you can atm withdraw and you can do card to card transfers for $5 so a customer could pay for service if his service provider had a card instantaneously. You can send up to $5000 payments to anyone anywhere but you can only do the same person twice in a month or up to $10K.

It will be bannered on the site and with anointeds new VPN service which is a must have and will cost you about 7$ a month.

One to two weeks, he's just getting the last bit of payment gateway programming done.
