Lightroom workflow guide?
 

I've finally got my picture editing program up and running and I've got a brand new mount of Lightroom and Photoshop CS4 going. I'm thinking about how exactly my workflow is going. What are the great lessons about transfer and how to arrange pictures in to lightroom and how to setup the program? I've never employed lightroom before and I need to ensure that I'm carrying it out the absolute most effective way possible before posting anything.
