where i work has no windows so i emerge after 8 hours to find theres snow. particularly worry cos i have an mr2 which is tail happy at best.

And i am a deticated biker and snow and motorcycle = a NO go ! [thumbdown]
al tho when needed ...i ride my motorcycle in the snow (in case of work) ...

I know, by the time I was leaving to go home it'd cleared off the roads though there was still black ice so still slippy as anything

I love the snow (avid snowboarder) but not in this country! It causes such chaos on our roads its just ridiculous!
Last time it snowed it changed a 30 min journey into a 4 hour one because of accidents and traffic.

UK is pathetic these days, 1 snowflake falls and the whole country grinds to a halt.

I remember walking to school in 2 feet of snow and sitting in freezing classrooms when I was a kid, and that's only.... ****... 15 years ago
