No doubt about that, but I'm pretty sure you didn't find this spider in the wild in Nederland. This is the biggest "kruisspin" (European garden spider?) I've seen so far. Please give me my five minutes of fame.
BTW, ISO was still on 3200 :-s from my hollidays in France (some shots in a natural cave). |

what kind of spider is that? One of the lodges we stayed in had about a hundreded of them in their webs in one tree. You had to walk under this tree every time you wanted to get to the canteen area.... |
