hey I read that book about 10 years ago. it is worth a reread before the sequel. I hope it is worth the wait.
Stacy check out Peter Straub or try Dean Koontz for something a little different. Dark Rivers of the heart, Intensity etc. ![]() Wave my husband is currently reading Rainbow 6 - he's totally into it (its keeping him off the net for a few days LOL) |

I'm starting tomorrow on a book about the Royal Family Of Monaco, which I am a distant relative of through Grace Kelly. It's true...a member of the Kelly family was a first cousin of a member of the Kilduff family back in Ireland. It's a long-distance connection, but I am related to royalty. Nifty, huh?
I also checked out a book about the Kennedys in Hollywood (that family fascinates me. They had a tough time of it) and George Carlin's "Napalm and Silly Putty". Sincerely, John "outofplacechild" Kilduff |

I was going to post this just the other day actually. I absolutely love to read and am reading about three books at the moment. Well sorta. I'm trying to finish two, so I can start another. I'm usually into crime novels, psycho serial-killer stuff

A bit slack when it comes to reading at the moment. My three favourite books of all time are:
Stephen King's "IT" Absolutely amazing book. Brilliant characterisation and you feel sad when you finish because you know you're never going to read about the characters again. They almost become like friends. Stephen King's "The Stand" Same as previous. Enthralling book Douglas Adams "Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy" series. Classic English comedy. Will always be my favourite series of books. Long live Zaphod Beeblebrox!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hey Kay here's some fun you could have with those heavy reads.
We have some nasty COP's & SOP's at work that get so dry so I usually break it down how I know best and it helps me remember more too. 1) How are these policies working to manage the workers heart (see managed heart) 2) How can the workers use these policies to work for them. LOL Hey grew up in a socialist country, my BA is in Social Science it only comes naturally ![]() Nah - do the Brigett Jones thing or read something historical and really smutty - now thats fun ![]() |

Did this about 2 months ago? What is everyone reading now.
I just picked up a book written by Jacquelyn Mitchard "A Theory of Relativity". She wrote Deep End of The Ocean. I read that book before I saw the movie and although the movie was really good it did not shine next to her writing. I'll keep you posted. If I post less this weekend it probably means the book is fantastic ![]() |
