Thin Camera < $200 - Need suggestion

My wife wants a digital camera. Preferrably as thin as possible.

I was looking at some Canon cameras. SD1000, SD750, and SD700IS

Anyone have any input or suggestion on other cameras?

Good choices right there. I have an SD630 with the 3" lcd and I love it.
