Default Starting out on a guitar
Im wanting to start palying the electric guitar. Can anyone reccommend a good guitar to start out on?

I've seen this little package which looks good to me:

I wanna learn how to do things like the intro to Lynard Skynards - Sweet Home Alabama, RCHP...

Squiers aren't terrible first guitars (my first was a squire), however if you are not familiar with tuning a guitar and setting the intonation you may want to have your guitar shop help you with that as it is a bit trickier with guitars of that grade.
That being said, I really wish I had gotten a Les Paul styled guitar at first. As much as I always loved the Stratocaster body style, I found the Les Paul body to be more comfortable to play. I would really highly recommend you go to your local shop and talk to the guys there and see if they will let you play with the guitars a bit. They can help guide you through what you want in your first guitar, as it can really spoil your desire to learn if you get a guitar that is subpar to learn on.
Depending how much money you want to spend, getting an acoustic guitar, or a hollow body electric can be rewarding as you don't need to be near an amp to have a nice sound come out of them.

Chili Peppers? You need a Strat, and if this is the very first time you will pick up a guitar, a kit like that will be ideal for you.

Yamaha Pacifica is a top quality guitar. Easy to play, excellent action. Single coil + humbuckers for versatile sound. If you don't go in expecting top quality sound from the pickups then this guitar will offer you everything you want.
