Default 5 mega pixel Canon rocks.
Hi y'all! my sister let me borrow her new Canon Powershot SD400 5 megapixel digital camera for a moment today, and i took advantage of it! here is my case in full detail, my hand shook as i took the pic.
oh well
but man, not bad huh for $400!

I'm thinking of getting my Mum one.

Sorry but that's not exactly braggable.. especially not for $400.
For that price, you can get a Pentax *ist DL DSLR.

That's a nice camera though if you need something that's easily pocketable. If you had better lighting, you could get a lot more of that camera quite easily.

maybe that particular pic, but dont go thinking your mobile is anywhere near a canon SD proper in pic quality

That is really not a great representation of what a camera can do. It's out of focus with a slow shutter speed. I could post pictures from the 2.1 megapixel HP camera that I had 3 years ago that look way better than that. It's not the megapixels that make the picture.
