Discussion paper has been up for awhile now...interested if any one has a comment.
I know some of the leagues are considering introducing a points system to reduce the number of "travelling" players a club can have. On one hand some clubs will struggle with numbers but others have spend big and had success over a number of years.
This does affect the WAFL as we may not have as many players leaving to go to the country leaving WAFL clubs short of reserves players.
