Just wondering who at the WAFL proof reads your adverts.

Its frustrating enough that publicity is basically zilch, but when your ad in the West states all games start at 2.10pm, that is a poor error. This happened a few times last year too.

Sorry, but that is all amature stuff. Getting game times correct is a pretty basic thing.

I'm not one who normally sinks the boots in (excuse the pun), but it's 9.40pm Saturday as I type, some 2.5 hours after the East Perth-Subi game finished, and the EP-S scores are showing as 0-0 on the Home page. As a consequence, the ladder is showing the Royals and Lions played a draw. Plus the WP-Peel "final" score is actually one from early in the second half and not a final score (though I believe the jerkers won by 15 points). There are no doubt WA expats interstate and overseas who rely on this site for their WAFL info, so this is pretty unprofessional IMHO.
I hope the family function went well, Gas, because you missed a committed and determined Royals' performance. I'm not saying we're world beaters, but there's a steely resolve about this group that wasn't evident last year. Early days yet, but this WAFL season is shaping as a beauty with each team capable of beating anybody on their day.

Sure is, and hopefully the ladder will get even tighter this week if you blokes can beat Swans in Manjimup (who are effectively top of the ladder, - Greg Harding doesn't seem to be under the pump anymore with a healthier list).
