Are they any contests in your country which give the opportunity to win a full season or at least a few rallies?
Are they any good drivers out of it? Any flops? Any blind jury?

In Belgium, Neuville won the Ford Fiesta contest in 2008. He drove a full season.
Patrick Snijers organized a contest 2 years ago but the winner (Andy Gaban, son of former GrN World Champ Pascal Gaban) quickly appeared to be a flop.
Seb Loeb took part at rallye jeunes contest in 1994, 1995 and 1996. He never won it (Although he was the fastest in 1996. He lost it to Nicolas Bernardi for some obscure reason).
