I have been wondering about one thing for a long time and would like a clarification. That is - if a constructor changes engine manufacturer during the season, are their points for WCC counted separately?

Example:

7. Brabham-BMW 22 pts
9. Brabham-Ford 19 pts
No-one has 41 points.
