I really do miss the vicious V10's...
 

mate, that's a current v8 engine..
honestly speaking, when you are there in real life there is not that much of a change in pitch. you notice it more watching f1 videos on tv between the v10 and v8 engines, but as soon as you are there in real life, the sound is basically the same. the v8 engines don't come across well on tv. the pitch difference is
tiny honestly.

But still I say if they want more passing, reduce the aero to how it was in the 90's, a bit less than even now, keep the slicks and put v10's in them to keep the speed up.

it was my whole point that in real life it's not that different from a v10 and
that video proves it.
