Ahh .. we have that every November 11th.. and wear poppies here. But regardless, Im very respectfull of the American Military to for obvious reasons.. and always thankful for the service they give...
.. So for any of them (or their families) who read this, THANK YOU! EDIT: As a side note for others.. My girlfriend and I like to get coffee at starbucks and you know various coffee shops. Occasionally we see Military personel in there and always insist on buying what ever they are having. It's not that often really but.. It's a sign of apreciation and usually seems to perk them up. So hey if you happen to run into any .. it's a nice gesture to make and they feel apreciated. Sometimes it's the little things that count ![]() |

We have that too in the states, but that's Veteran's Day. Memorial Day is more about honoring and remembering those who have died in the line of duty, and Veterans Day is about honoring the veterans. |
