Anyone who says that the Constitution permits torture is either:

A. Lying in an attempt to provide bogus legal cover to torture.

or

B. A very very bad lawyer.

Since A. is impossible to prove its hard to charge them but anyone who is either A. or B. deserves to be disbarred ASAP let alone be a judge or a constitutional law professor.

I think that is insane to disbar some one for writing a legal opinion.

Your title sicks also.

How about we disbar the ****ing Napalatino fookers that helped 9-11 with their rules that inhibited FBI from investigating Arabs.
