Default Policeman got hit by car!
Ok, this is the information:

An earlier accident that occured somewhere else involved a woman that needed to be treated at the hospital for her injuries. The ambulance was escorted by in total of three policeman on motorcycles.

One of them was trying to clear a lane on the highway by driving up in the middle of the lane with his policebike signalling traffic to change lane for making room for the ambulance.

A truck notices him standing still infront and swiftly moves to the other lane, however the car behind fails to see him and hit's him.

Video: http://www.dumpert.nl/mediabase/6171...den_op_a7.html

The policeman is under circumstances well, a broken jaw, some tears in a few vertebra's and some more.

Who is at fault and why ? Was there not enough time or space to notify an object on the road with sound- and lightsignals?

Let me know your thoughts about such manouvres.

yes the car should've seen him..but the policeman should've never gone onto the road like that.
What if the truck was being passed? It could've never switched lanes
