Hi I was just taking a look at a website someone wants updating and I came across this weirdness(?) the guy seems to have used a trial version of IBM Websphere to code the page but there at the bottom of the HTML he's used the FORM command to format his menu bar. I've never seen this before does anyone else use this method?

What happens if you remove the tags? Probably still be the same. Looks like whoever made the page was a bit of a newbie and accidentally put those images in a form.
