Does anyone have a website that shows you how to make a beaded cross? They sell them in monasteries.

Well, there are a few websites that have instructions on making beaded crosses, though I'm not sure if they're the same kind you're talking about. Here are a few (I suspect the first one has the best chance of being what you're looking for):
