On a large scale this includes so-called leaders who propagate death and destruction on a wholesale basis over the entire face of the earth. This Death Cult thrives within a culture of death and destruction, e.g. in a nation which has lost their way where their 'defensive' weapons carry such names as 'predator', 'avenger', 'raptor', 'hellfire', 'reaper', etc.

No, there is one homogeneous cult with branches, albeit loosely affiliated branches, and it has a hierarchy - those at the top even call it a hierarchy*, and they all, at least on some level, recognize this hierarchy (at least those who weld power, there also the useful idiots below them who are largely clueless**).

it depends on the time period. i wouldn't be surprised if in the 1500's the Jews in the region that came to be called Germany, were Khazarian in origin.

in the period between WW1 & WW2, there was considerable enmity between the Ashkenazi Jews and more wealthy Western European Jews, including German Jews. it is described in detail in "The Transfer Agreement", about the mini-treaty Hitler signed with Israel supporters who were Ashkenazi Jews. the gist of the Transfer Agreement was that Jews who supported Israel would be allowed & encouraged to emigrate to Palestine. Jews who did not support the idea of Israel were left behind in WW2 Germany.

this friction is described further in "Adolf Hitler, Founder of Israel", one of the most illuminating history books i've read. among other things, it describes the different groups within Judaism, in terms of ethnicity/ heritage/ wealth, and in terms of support for Israel.

it seems that since WW2, the Jews developed consensus-at-gunpoint, and became more 'monolithic', in terms of supporting the concept of a Jewish homeland. maybe 200,000 Jews (that number comes from Walter Sanning's book) perished in World War 2 Germany - Jewish political opponents of Israel and their families.
