Yes it was. A sincerely good film that one.

Anchorman like all other Farrell comedies is a game of hits and misses. Thankfully there are more hits than misses.

I thought Blades of Glory was very funny as well.

hahah of all the films mentioned here, that was a truly awfull movie. both good comedy actors, but the movie let them down.[thumbdown]

I thought it was pretty good, considering what it was. If you go into these movies expecting art, you'll be let down, but for a brainless, random comedy, it was excellent and truly delivered. Plus, Jenna Fischer is HOT

Anchorman was ridiculously funny. Looked like it would be absolute balls based on the advertisements but it turned out to be top quality. Brick FTW!

Talladega Nights was a monstrous disappointment. It was close to the peak of Ferrell's popularity so you were expecting something awesome but it was zero-funny.
