More snow carnage...
I find it hard to feel sorry for some of these people, didn't they think all the crashed cars were there because of a reason? Surprised how many were also left with their lights on http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ies/laugh1.gif
Notice how the vehicles that made it down under control kept their wheels rolling, and how those that locked their brakes proceeded directly to the crash (not accident)! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5exATIaQiI part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlNDPh7j3aI&NR=1 |
I didn't know Curling being Motor Sport. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...es/unsure1.gif

I dont know why but I love those videos.[yes] If it happened to me, Id be seriously pissed though.

Yeah, I enjoy watching these videos as well.
Not really sure why that Diesel truck slowed down to get around that Jeep. Should have just kept plowing through. Lock his diffs too. I'm very surprised that that is Colorado but no one uses chains? $50 investment I bet could have even gotten FWD vehicles up that hill. |
I can imagine all those people with 4wd thinking......"yeah , I have 4wd......shouldnt have any problem with a little ice"
Ooooops. |
Looking at it some more, there was a Jeep Wrangler that made it up, even stopped too on the hill. A Santa Fe made it.
There was a Buick and that Red truck that ended up pulling to the side near the top. There was an Isuzu that made it down, and was even hit by the Honda Accord that was behind him. A place like that is where some serious money could be made if you had the equipment other than a snow plow. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/wink1.gif As long as you keep your vehicle moving and don't lock your tires up, you can manage your way through things. Also be properly equipped helps out too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlYEMH10Z4s *3 minute mark* Even on ice you can still get traction with winter tires to make a 90degree turn at 10mph. |

4wd or not most of them locked their brake and go screwed at the start, when they go uphill as soon as traction control engage your screwed. this was an icy road and it had snow on it which make it worst. |
