knowing people that were addicted to weight training like that, first hand , were people that used some sort of (legal or illegal) chemical enhancers and they described every workout as a "rush" or a "stress reliever" but i saw it as an escape mechanism similar to alcohol or other drugs.
Those people were also extremely depressed and by now, years later, are total burnouts with their minds unable to cope with even the simplest of situations without a surge of irrational emotion. |

My understanding is that every time they figure out a way to make all the equipment lighter, the guys in charge see it as a chance to add even more gear. ![]() N35t0r: No pasta. No carbs. Fiber yes. DanS: Yeah I've been eating nuts and cheese. I'm actually getting a little concerned that I'm taking in a bit too much Saturated Fat. I know it's not really as bad as people act like it is, especially if you exercise, but between 3/4-1 gallon of milk a day, a lot of meat, nuts, cheese, and olive oil, I'm taking in a lot of Saturated Fats. Which I think is also why I'm having appetite issues because saturated fats are so satiating. Buggs: Marijuana use is an adamant no go. You do realize the military tests for that ****? |
