Default Tweeked my back
Anyone ever throw their back out? Dude it sucks. I have a bulging disk that occasionally acts up and it just stung the crap out of me. I was shutting the garage door, not using proper bending at the knees thing, and zing it got me. I was stuck in a bent over position wondered if my neighbors were watching. Limped over and turned off the car and back into the house.

My left leg is sensitive. Hard to walk on it. Sitting right now in the chair, the sharp pain isn't there, but my whole left lower back is thumping in pain and it radiates down my leg.

The worst part was, I was leaving for work. I hate having to call in like this... and there's nobody that can easily cover for me so it's a real major pain.

Ugh.... it's a beautiful day outside.... but I can't get up to open the mini-blinds.

Pain killers help. If you don't take them, then you're done for 2 weeks.

I threw my back out packing up my christmas tree this year. I spent 3 weeks stoned outa my mind on painkillers. I laid on the floor for most of the day because my bed was too soft and didnt support my back. IT SUCKED. Even now if i tie my shoes my back gets sore.
Give it time and rest. Go to a pyhsio and get some stretches to do.

If throwing out one's back could be perfectly formulated I would recommend it to Jack Bauer as an interrogation technique. There are few things more painful, especially if you mess up your neck at the same time. At least i hit the **** outta that golf ball when i threw mine out.

Had a friend that had Sciatica. Apparently, wallets are the major cause of that one.

Painkillers won't do nothing unless you're talking Morphine. I had a neck prob once and nothing helped.

It's getting better. I can move around better. I just have to be careful for the next few days.

Try to find yourself a good Chiropractor. They're few and far between, but it'll definitely help.

This, time heals.

I pulled my back so bad when I was around 23 I thought I was gonna be paralyzed, or at least I had the feeling of what it would be like too be.

Similar thing, hunched over and couldn't move up/down or in any direction. It took about 4 days until I felt mostly normal again.

Almost 20yrs later, I have never had the same experience.

Obviously though, if you have a disc or something protruding out of your back, go see a doctor.
