Finnish police have confirmed they have found the body of a gunman responsible for killing five people in a shooting rampage in the southern city of Espoo.
Investigators said 43-year-old Ibrahim Shkupolli shot dead three men and a woman with a 9mm pistol at a grocery shop inside the Sello shopping centre.
One of the shop's employees, reportedly Mr Shkupolli's ex-girlfriend, was later found dead at a flat in the city.
The incident is Finland's third major shooting in the past two years.

Why can't these people just put a bullet in their heads and leave it at that - why go around killing others?

Because if you're going to kill yourself there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't take a few people with you. Crazy people who are willing to take their own life don't always have respect for the lives of others.

Because he wanted revenge on his ex-girlfriend. Then they want to end things on their terms. Most if not all of these attacks involve someone who feels complete powerless (impotent) to change their lot in life. So they resort to the one option that gives them back a feeling of control.

Because if you're going to kill yourself there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't take a few people with you. Crazy people who are willing to take their own life don't always have respect for the lives of others.

No matter how many family members surround you or how many people around you die - every single thing dies alone. It is just how it is. I wish those crazy people knew that. On that note I'm going to put cyanide in everyone's cup at the facility for senior citizens or crazy house - wherever I will be when I get old [thumbup].

Do you think they'd give a ****? They are already living "alone" what difference would dying that way make? What they are seeking is the power to decide when other people die/suffer.
