I will never understand cosmetic surgery (except for burn victims etc). Mostly, it's just people too lazy to do the work to get their body how they want it. Obese people risking their lives for gastric bypass surgery springs to mind.

There seems to an awful lot of this going around, especially amongst younger girls who were raised in a world where this is just the usual.

I have tons of friends who have or are considering either surgery or another surgery, including a absolutely beautiful Asian friend (who I think is insane) who is completely convinced that her anus (what!?) is "ugly" and needs to be "modified"

This is after already having her breasts and buttocks done, and she is just reaching 30! [no]

It seems everybody and their dog is getting something done. I can see reaching a time where more people I know have had things done than not.

She probably took it up the pooper one too many times.
