Hmm, its a good idea in theory as it looks like the "selling point" to people is that they will get exact bills instead of the estimated ones that there are now.

Don't like the idea of how much info may get sent back though, if all that gets sent back to the company is the exact amount of usage at the end of the period then that's fine, any additional information that it can collect should be for the viewing and use of the bill payer only.
