He´s reading the text from a song (Lady Gaga - Pokerface) that was somewhat popular, almost everyones heard it before, just a few people that barely ever crawl out from under their rock haven´t.

That reading is a homage to the skit Christopher Walken done on a Jonathan Ross show years ago back in the nineties. He's a cool actor and seemingly an all round cool guy.
