It's a nice idea to some extent, but, unfortunatelly, gays do not breed. Gays are being born in heterosexual families. Amassing gays in one place means less gays elsewhere, and even bigger allienation of the next generation.
Also, how do you imagine a 15 yo boy saying "Mon, dad, could we uh move somewhere closer to Gayville?" Also, how could gays leave all their friends, and families? Unfortunatelly it's not possible.

If they are committed to being gay, they should be willing to make the sacrifice in order to make their gay city the best it can be.
