Other than a subpoena/warrant/involvement of law enforcement, no. Even with help the results are still iffy.

E-mail is very easy to spoof and anyone can make a free yahoo account.

It was some sexy bird from your home town looking for 2 on 1 fun wasn't it?

Sadly a spoof [no]

Check logs and find out who was accessing yahoo mail on company time. If he did it at home.. well.. nothing you can do.

Well, short of keylogging, even if someone visited yahoo mail you couldn't prove they logged in with that account. If he does do logging of Internet Access, best he could do is match up times of the page visited with the time he received the e-mail. Even then he would need a confession from the employee.

Most companies have policies against using corporate resources (such as the internet) for personal use. Although rarely enforced it would be leverage enough to scare the suspected employee into admission and apology.
