Dude, I'm 21 and I feel ancient.

If I turn 30, I'm gonna feel prehistoric.

I was in work and got asked how old I was and I turned around and said "In november I'll be Twenty Sev...." and I went quiet. Never before has reality kicked me so hard in the nuts. I feel much like everyone else here it seems, I'm way too immature to be comming up to my 30's.

Still Happy birthday. Take comfort in the fact that you have another 9 whole years to go before you have to worry about this kind of thing again.

I turned 30 in Jan.

Life has caught up with me hardcore in the last 3 years. graduated from college, got married, started working a real job, bought a house, now we are talking about kids. I am still a big kid though, stereo in my car, all kinds of mods to the car, xbox360, ps3, wii, psp, ds, computer, guitars??!!!! It does get hard to find time to be a kid these days between work, chores, yard work, renovations to the house etc.

I woke up old! The last night of my 20s quietly slipped away last night. 24 seems like a year ago. It's the year I started working at my current work site. How has it been 6 years? Wasn't I just a teenager? Is it still ok that I like Transformers and Ducktales? Will I ever get back down to my ideal body weight? Do I have to get a prostate exam this decade?
Congrats! I personally never thought I'd make it to 30, but here I am at 34 now. I didn't know I was four years older than you.

i just spent a few days by myself in my house while working 8 hours a day and ive concluded this; there is not enough time in a day/week to work/clean/cook/take care of pets and good luck trying to have real fun!

in your 20s your still trying to figure out if your all growed up.. I mean sure you look like a adult, have a job .. perhaps children (whatever) but you still sorta identify with the kid you were as it's still pretty fresh in your mind (or so I found)

30s is a bit different and in my opinion way more fun. Not so sure yet about the 40s I just hit that number a few weeks back so mmm juries still out on that one. Anyway.. You have a birthday thread kicking about here somewhere to. You might not have noticed it a couple days back as you likely didn't spend it online.

Hope you had a good one .. and many more to come.

I will be turning 30 on June 5th...

How is it on the other side? Is sex still possible and enjoyable?

Can I still communicate with people in their twenties and will I still understand their language?

hahaha!

Don't worry about it bud, I just turned 30 in april and I recently bought a PS3 and built a new PC especially for gaming. I'm still a kid at heart and love every minute of it, gaming, techy stuff, but still stay active and go gym 3-4 times a week.

It's a cliche but age is just a number, it's all about how you feel.

Getting older sucks. I'm still 'only' 27 but i can't believe it's been 11 years since leaving school. What the hell have i achieved in that time, apart from completing a load of computer games and several drunken injuries? I don't see myself changing too much in the next 10 years either, but i guess it's more acceptable to be a big kid these days than it was in the past. Looking at the fattening popualation and health issues of teens, we will probably live longer than them anyway! [thumbup]

Happy 30.

I think what you're doing is the best thing you can do.

I'm 28 in June and I can see myself doing the same [thumbup]

Edit: forgot to mention it's ok to like Ducktales....one of my favorites still!.....Then again, you're 30 and i'm only 28 :-p
