In my case, one of the "legs" of that piece is longer than the other (by good 3mm). So is that a defect? I remember them measuring nose width or something like that. A friend of mine ordered his pair form a different place and it has the same problem in the same place (different frame). So, could it be just an adjustment? I'd call and ask myself but they are closed today and my warranty is running out.
