The short operates on a number of metaphorical levels, but I dig it for the way it uses music in total unison with imagery to convey meaning.

The thing about this animation was that its just a tad "high brow" I suspect that people here who watched it, missed some of the subtexts and went 'Meh" did'nt want to make a comment for fear of looking stupid.

Like me, for instance. I will admit right away that except for the obvious, this went right over my head! Nothing wrong with being a dunce, I say! [rofl]

I thought it was great. besides the metaphorical aspect it just makes me feel kinda warm inside when I watch animations like this with the water color, and where on one hand the artwork is simple, but the attention to detail is still there. reminds me of watching cartoons in my childhood.
