Default what problem do I have? (sports related)
I never want to do any sort of team sports, cause I really suck at them. I go to the gym like every day to make up for it, but now and then I still have to do some team things like bowling and frisbeeing etc..

I really dont know what my problem is, but I cant seem to become good at it. Just when I think I know how it works and try it out the next time I make the same mistakes as the first time again and feel really unconfident...

For instance frisbeeing. Every time I start I always let the frisbee lose to late... I'm telling myself I shouldn't but it does it automatically no matter how many times I try. Even if it goes well, I can't seem to figure out what I do differently...

I wonder if I have serious motorial (is that the word?) problems. I never want to do anything with my friends sports wise cause I don't wanna make a fool out of myself... Is there something I could do about this, which could improve my hand/leg eye coordination/movement?

It's like all I'm good for is jogging, weight lifting and some other stuff that's not really related to coordination.. It's pissing me off, cause those other sports do look fun sometimes.

Just need practice. You're not going to get good at a sport over night.

Some people are probably experiencing the same sort of things as you but just need to practice good technique. Like your frisbeeing, you're used to letting go late so will take sometime for you to adjust to letting it go early.

Go on DDR, that's good for eye-to-leg coordination. [rofl]

Knowing technically how something works and doing it right are two different things. Just practice, its OK if you look like a fool. Laugh it off and have a good time. [thumbup]

Totally agree on it. Whole point in sports is having fun in it. You'll enjoy it a lot more than getting all serioous about it which ends up making you frustrated.

So many times I've played football match with friends against other people. We were losing and they just got really serious about it. In the end they all looked as if the world ended. I was the only one who wasn't fazed by the loss as I just enjoyed playing football.

Sure it sucked to lose but it wasn't as if our lives were at stake. Seems that nowadays, people get so serious about sport and forget about it being fun.
