When I try to upload a video file, it just keeps showing 'Connecting...'

My browser (Internet Explorer 6) is still responsive (didn't freeze). I tried uploading via Firefox, but still have the same problem.

What is preventing me from uploading the video? Is anyone encountering the same problem?
