converting a video from 23.376fps to 30fps
How do I change the frame rate of a video? I can't do it in Virtualdub because it will make the audio and video out of sync.
Which program can do the above fps conversion without causing audio and video desynchronization? |
I don't think you can change the FPS without making the audio out of sync. Not 100% positive though. http://discussworldissues.com/forums...ies/wacko1.gif

Try ReClock
http://reclock.free.fr/ I've used it a few times and apart from the odd hiccup it's pretty good. |
You do know there will be really no difference in quality right? There will just be repeat frames when you upconvert like that.

It seems that TMPEGEnc worked.
But the program put in duplicate frames when I raised the FPS. |
It will be just the same, you get extra 6 frames which is only duplicated from the other 23 frames.

I've seen video's before and depending on how it's done, sometimes it can actually make the video look worse.
