 Freshers are better than laterals
If you are owner of some company, then what you should prefer Fresh talent or Laterals(experienced) ones, and why???

Laterals as new company need to work well because you have to make your brand value with good work after 2-3 years when you are in position to teach others and you can afford mistakes you can hire fresh talents. Because you are in position to handle that.

No, it will depend what is your business. If you are having a shoe polish shop you can hire a fresher give him old boots for practice when he did it with perfection you can give him new ones. On other hand if your business is about responsibilities and perfection you cant afford a single mistake.

Well its depend on you, how much skills you have if you are a good manager you will definitely take out work form an fresher also if not then you can even not able to do any thing with a laterals one.
